These Special Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern all purchases made under the Buy 1 Get 1 (B1G1) Sale offered by Neend Mahal ("Company", "We", "Us", or "Our") through www.neendmahal.com.

By placing an order during the B1G1 Sale, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions. These Terms shall apply to all orders placed during the promotional period and shall be read together with our general Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Return & Refund Policy available on our website. In case of any conflict, these B1G1 Sale Terms shall prevail for orders placed under this promotion.

1. Buy 1 Get 1 Offer

Under this promotion, customers are eligible to receive one free product upon purchasing one eligible product.
If products with different prices are selected, the product with the higher selling price will be charged, while the product with the lower selling price will be provided free of cost.
The discount is automatically calculated at checkout on eligible products only.

2. Eligible Products

The B1G1 offer is valid only on products specifically marked as eligible on www.neendmahal.com.
Neend Mahal reserves the right to include or exclude any product from the promotion at its sole discretion.
Products not participating in the B1G1 Sale are not eligible for this offer.

3. Combination with Other Offers

Unless expressly stated by Neend Mahal:

The B1G1 offer cannot be combined with:
- Coupon codes
- Additional promotional discounts
- Cashback offers
- Loyalty rewards
- Referral rewards
- Gift vouchers
- Any other promotional campaign

Only one promotional offer may be applied per order.

4. Order Limits

Products purchased during the B1G1 Sale are intended for personal use only.

Neend Mahal reserves the right to:

Limit quantities per customer.
Cancel unusually large or bulk orders.
Reject orders suspected to be placed for resale, commercial distribution, or fraudulent purposes.
Treat multiple orders placed using the same customer account, email address, phone number, billing address, shipping address, IP address, or payment method as a single purchase for promotional eligibility.

5. Order Cancellation

Neend Mahal reserves the right to cancel any order, partially or completely, without prior notice in situations including but not limited to:

Product becomes unavailable.
Inventory mismatch.
Pricing or technical errors.
Duplicate or suspicious orders.
Fraud prevention checks.
Violation of these Terms & Conditions.

If payment has already been received, the applicable amount will be refunded to the original payment method in accordance with our Refund Policy.

6. Returns & Refunds

For orders placed under the B1G1 Sale:

Both products are considered part of a single promotional purchase.
If you return only the paid product, the complimentary product must also be returned.
If the complimentary product is not returned, Neend Mahal reserves the right to deduct its applicable value from the refund amount.
Refunds shall be processed only after returned products pass quality inspection.
Returns remain subject to our standard Return & Refund Policy.

7. Exchanges

Product exchanges are subject to product availability and our Exchange Policy.

Replacement of only the free promotional product may not be permitted if the purchased product is not being exchanged simultaneously.

8. Shipping

Standard shipping timelines apply to all B1G1 orders.

Delivery times may be extended during sale periods due to higher-than-normal order volumes.

Neend Mahal shall not be liable for delays caused by courier partners, weather conditions, natural disasters, strikes, government restrictions, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

9. Misuse of Offer

Neend Mahal reserves the right to cancel any order or suspend customer accounts found to be:

Misusing promotional offers
Creating multiple accounts to claim benefits
Engaging in fraudulent activities
Abusing return policies
Violating website Terms & Conditions

Such decisions shall be final and binding.

10. Modification or Withdrawal of Offer

Neend Mahal reserves the right to:

Modify these Terms & Conditions.
Change eligible products.
Extend or shorten the promotion.
Suspend or discontinue the B1G1 Sale.
Withdraw the promotion entirely,

at any time without prior notice.

11. Limitation of Liability

Neend Mahal shall not be responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from participation in the B1G1 promotion, except where liability cannot be excluded under applicable law.

12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to this promotion shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Meerut, Uttar Pradesh, India.
