Shipping Policy – Neend Mahal

Thank you for visiting and shopping at neendmahal.com. We are committed to delivering your orders in a safe and timely manner. Please read the following terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed and dispatched within 2–20 business days, or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation.

Orders are not shipped on Sundays or public holidays.

In the rare case of a delay, we will notify you via WhatsApp, email, or call.

Please note that delivery timelines are subject to courier company or postal service norms. Neend Mahal guarantees to hand over the consignment within the specified time frame, but is not liable for delays caused by courier companies, postal authorities, or unforeseen circumstances.

Domestic Shipping (India)

Prepaid Orders: Free shipping across India over 1499.

Cash on Delivery (COD): Available subject to serviceability, with a flat fee between ₹100–₹500, depending on the order value and delivery location..

Orders are shipped through registered domestic courier companies and/or India Speed Post only.

Estimated delivery time: 7–14 business days, depending on the destination.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide via registered international courier companies and/or International Speed Post.

Flat rate: USD 29.99 per order.

Estimated delivery time: 7–15 business days (subject to customs clearance in the destination country).

Customs, Duties & Taxes: International buyers may be subject to import duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country’s customs office. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer. If you are unexpectedly charged, share the receipt with us and we will assist wherever possible.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipment confirmation email/WhatsApp message containing your tracking number.

Tracking details will usually become active within 24 hours of dispatch.

Damages & Issues

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at care@neendmahal.com.

Kindly share photos of the packaging and damaged product, and we will arrange a replacement or refund as per our policy.

Delivery Address & Confirmation

Orders will be delivered only to the address provided by the buyer at the time of checkout.

Confirmation of delivery and order updates will be sent to your registered email ID/WhatsApp message.
